Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of Luckster Casino ("Platform" or "Service"), a online casino and sportsbook service operated by Marketplay Ltd (the "Operator"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or participating in any activity on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

  • Each user is only allowed one (1) registered account per household/IP address.

5. Identity Verification and KYC

We may request identity verification at any time, including during registration or when attempting to withdraw funds. We reserve the right to verify your age and proof of residence.

6. Account Accuracy Obligations

You must ensure that all information provided on our site is accurate and up-to-date. This includes but is not limited to: address, phone number, email address, bank account details, etc.

7. Login Credentials and Password Protection

Your login credentials are personal property. You agree to safeguard them with the utmost care. You will be responsible for all activities undertaken using your account until such time as you notify us in writing that they have been compromised or stolen.

8. Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities

We prohibit certain behaviour on our site, including but not limited to:

  • Colluding with other users
  • Placing bets against the public good (sports) odds market movement.
  • Using third-party software applications designed to give a false impression of system performance, results or fairness.

9. Bonus and Promotion Rules

Bonuses are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to amend terms or withdraw bonus eligibility in individual cases.

  • Eligibility for bonuses is determined by our systems.
  • All promotional offers (welcome bonus, no-deposit offer etc.) have specific wagering requirements applicable as stated within each promotion details.

10. Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

  • Our games operate according to internal rules designed to prevent unfair advantage.
  • Fair Play will be monitored closely via monitoring of system records which show all player activity over the internet at Luckster Casino
  • Winning wagers may not exceed maximum caps imposed upon them in accordance with fair game play considerations (i.e. there is no unlimited winning limit).

11. Bonus Abuse Prevention

We prohibit any and all forms of bonus abuse on our site, including but not limited to:

  • "Multi-accounting" or opening multiple accounts to gain more bonuses.
  • Circumventing the terms of promotions.

12. Deposits and Withdrawals

13. Verification Before Withdrawal

Before processing any withdrawals, we may request proof of your identity or address from you in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

14. Processing Review Procedures 

Any queries regarding disputes will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe upon review by an impartial panel as stipulated under section 16 of our license agreement with AGC.

15. Responsible Gaming Expectations

You agree to:

  • Regularly monitor your account balance.
  • Self-exclude when necessary, either temporarily or permanently.
  • Participate in reality checks and cool-off periods as needed.

16. Suspension Or Closure Of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts for any reason without prior notice:

  • If an individual fails to abide by these Terms.
  • As a result of third-party intervention or action required under regulatory requirements
  • If there is evidence that your activity on our site has been contrary to gaming regulations.

17. Game Fairness and RNG Systems

We maintain game fairness through the use of internal random number generators (RNGs) which we regularly audit in accordance with reputable independent auditing bodies, for example ITech labs & eCogra etc..

18. Technical Interruptions Or Voided Gameplay

In case a technical issue occurs that interferes with normal gameplay:

  • The bet will either be cancelled or partially refunded depending on whether the result has been announced already.

We also have right to limit bets placed during an ongoing technological event affecting your access and account balances (e.g., temporary site downtime, server crashes etc).

19. Intellectual Property & Platform Ownership

The ownership of our intellectual property rights is retained by Marketplay Ltd and other entities under its management in full throughout this agreement.

20. Limitation Of Liability

We limit liability for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services to the extent permitted under applicable law:

  • For loss of revenue, profit (including opportunity), actual damage or consequential loss.
  • In all situations where a customer has breached these Terms and Conditions

21. Modification Of Terms

The Operator may modify these terms at its discretion without notice.

We reserve right also, not limited to the extent stipulated by clause 20 above:

  • Modifying any of our gaming products or offerings.
  • Terminating this Agreement upon immediate written request via mail from customer after providing cause why termination requested (eg loss etc.)
